Khanh Bui is a research fellow at the National Cancer Institute, specializing in immunology.

• She graduated from Regis University with a degree in Biology and Latin.

• Besides science, she is also interested in the history of medicine and has furthered her studies at Johns Hopkins. She hopes to pursue a career as a physician-scientist and historian. As the founder and president of We V-Care, Khanh envisioned an organization that unites young Vietnamese students and professionals to work towards establishing programs that make a lasting impact on the Vietnamese community in the U.S. Under her leadership, We V-Care has grown into a nationwide organization, reaching over 1,000 households, providing 500+ bilingual guides, and launching initiatives in 6 states to support Vietnamese communities.
